Big Rosie's Roast - Twice a Week

Every Tuesday and Friday, Big Rosie sets out on her mission - to roast. With precision and care, Big Rosie transforms green coffee beans into rich, aromatic brown coffee beans. This is where our distinct coffee comes to life.

Roasted in an Approachable Way

At Humble Coffee, we have a simple approach to roasting - each coffee is roasted differently and in a way that will let its natural flavours shine through. Our coffees are all medium roast.

We believe there's a perfect cup of coffee for everyone. That's why we offer three distinct paths to help you find yours:

Espresso:

Whether it's an espresso machine, bean-to-cup, or moka pot, this coffee boasts a chocolatey, nutty flavour profile that can be enjoyed with or without milk.

Filter:

This is coffee that works well for brew methods such as plunger, pour-over, aeropress, or filter brewers, our filter coffee offers fruity notes with a touch of acidity. These coffee beans are usually better enjoyed without milk.

Omni:

Versatile and balanced, our omni coffee complements all brewing methods. Whether you prefer milk-based or non-milk-based brews, these flavour notes are balanced and approachable.
